A kinder way back
Spin Transition & Rehabilitation
Small, closed group sessions on the bikes for people recovering from injury or surgery, managing joint pain, or rebuilding confidence in their body. Gentle, structured, and run at your pace, because the water holds you while you rebuild.
Who it's for
People coming back from injury or an operation, anyone managing arthritis or ongoing joint pain, and those who've been told to take it easy but still want to move. These run as closed groups, so the room stays calm and unhurried.
What a session feels like
No music pounding, no race. A small group, an instructor who knows your story, and steady, supported movement in warm water. Progress is measured in what you can do this week that you couldn't last month.

Why it works
- The water supports up to 90% of your body weight, so you can move without the fear
- Closed small groups, so it's a calm environment and never a crowd
- Rebuild strength, movement and confidence at your own pace
- A stepping stone, and plenty of our rehab riders go on to join Pure classes

It's one of the best forms of exercise there is for exactly that. The water supports most of your body weight, so your joints are protected while your muscles still work hard. If you're recovering from an injury or an operation, ask us about our Spin Transition & Rehabilitation sessions.
