Who we are
Aqua Spin Southwest Ltd ("we", "us") runs aqua cycling and water fitness classes across Devon. We are the data controller for the information described below. Based in Exmouth, Devon EX8 2LW. Contact: 07342 369587 or aquaspinsouthwest@outlook.com.
What we collect, why, and our lawful basis

Cookies
We set no tracking cookies of our own. Our website statistics are cookieless and never identify you as an individual. Our fonts are served from our own website, so nothing is requested from third-party font services.
Our booking timetable is provided by Bookwhen, which is the system we use to take class bookings and payments. Bookwhen sets its own cookies so that booking works, and it asks you about those cookies directly within the booking window. Those cookies are theirs, governed by their privacy policy, and are necessary for you to be able to book a class.
Who we share information with
- Bookwhen (UK), our booking and payment provider. Their privacy policy. We never see your full card details.
- Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox. Messages are transmitted through their servers (outside the UK, under the provider's standard safeguards) and are not used for marketing. Their privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and provides the cookieless statistics.
- Your instructor, where you have told us about a health condition relevant to your session.
We never sell your data, and we don't email you marketing unless you've asked us to.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for up to six years for accounting purposes. Contact-form enquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Health information is kept only for as long as you attend, and is deleted on request.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Just contact us and we'll sort it, normally within one month, free of charge.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
Where a class is booked for someone under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian makes the booking and provides any health information.
